Return & Exchange Policy :

At Kamal Moorti & Painting Kala Kendra, every marble statue is handcrafted with care, precision, and devotion. Since all our products are made to order, we follow a clear and transparent Return & Exchange Policy to ensure fairness to both our customers and artisans.

1. No Return on Custom-Made Products

  • All marble statues, temples, and handcrafted artworks are custom-made as per your order.

  • Due to the personalized nature of these products, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item is received in damaged condition.

2. Damage During Delivery

We ensure safe packing and quality checks before dispatch.
However, if your product is damaged during transit:

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the damage

  • Unboxing video (mandatory)

  • Order details

Once verified, we will:

  • Provide a replacement
    OR

  • Repair the statue if applicable

Damage claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

3. Manufacturing Defects

If you notice a genuine manufacturing defect (rare in our case), you must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Approved defects will be fixed or replaced at no additional cost.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom-made statues

  • Customized designs based on customer photos

  • Items with minor natural color/texture variations

  • Products that match the approved design but differ slightly due to handcrafting

Handmade statues naturally have small artistic variations, which are not considered defects.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled, especially after production has started.

  • Advance payments are non-refundable.

  • In case of special situations, cancellation may be allowed only before carving starts (decision at management discretion).

6. Exchange (If Approved)

If an exchange is approved due to valid reasons:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition

  • All accessories and packaging must be intact

  • Customer may need to ship the product back where applicable (details will be guided case-to-case)

7. Final Decision

All return, damage, and exchange cases are reviewed by the quality team of Kamal Moorti & Painting Kala Kendra.
Their decision will be final and binding.
